30 Days to Healthy Living

I love Sundays.....

It is the day of peace, the day to reset, the day to rest and praise and thank God for all he has done and will do. On Sundays, I begin to look forward to the week ahead and mentally make my list of things I need to accomplish. It is the day I usually do laundry and house chores.

Today I spent my Sunday finishing my shopping for the week ahead. Tomorrow I start my first day on the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living program and I cannot wait to get started. I have meal prepped, planned and am ready for the journey to begin!

Personal weight and measurements- ✅
Meal plan for the week- ✅
Measured out food portions and snacks- ✅
Purged my pantry and fridge of all the bad things ✅
Set realistic goals ✅
Ready to make healthy life changes ✅✅✅

I am so excited to learn more about nutrition and begin to fuel and fill my body with positive, whole foods instead of toxins that make me feel bad. This is not a diet, it is not a fad, it is not something to do because it is January and time for resolutions. It is an important lifestyle change that I have committed to.

So eager to share my journey with you! Hope everyone has a great week! :)
