Happy Sunday evening everyone! 
Time to get ready to start a new week. I have been off since Thursday, so I had plenty of time to rest up and get ready for the week ahead.  I have been battling sinus/allergies and finally about to kick it to the curb! I suggest high doses of Vitamin C and rest for anyone with the same :) 
I decided to get out for some fresh air tonight with a evening walk. I seem to have better luck breathing in the fresh air rather than in the house. For this walk, I brought my girls AND my parents along. Having walking buddies is the best motivation. They keep you going and make the walk seem easier and shorter. I highly suggest a workout buddy to keep you accountable. My mom has always been a perfect match for me. We went and walked the campus at my alma mater MTSU. It is so much more enjoyable walking the campus AFTER I am not attending school and carrying a backpack full of heavy books on my back. I love taking Madi there and showing her the old buildings where I had classes. It brings back great memories! We walked 1.5 miles. It was a nice workout. 
When we got home, me and Madi prepped our lunches for tomorrow. Meal prep is definitely one key to success! It is much easier when everything is ready to go for you. For Madi we packed grape tomatoes, cheese and turkey. For mommy, we packed oatmeal (PUMPKIN SPICE) for breakfast, grilled chicken and pinto beans (PROTEIN!) to have as lettuce wraps for lunch, and a whipped yogurt (again PUMPKIN SPICE!) as one snack. I am very fortunate that my office provides healthy snacks in the kitchen and pantry for me to choose from! I can compliment my day with some mixed nuts, a protein bar or fruit. Also, again shoutout to Tia, we have the best herbal teas! It is a perfect complement for an afternoon pick me up!
